This is a large historical, Circa 1944 \"Neptunus Rex\" WWII military document. This is large and in a vintage poster frame. With thick lucite cover. Does show some normal wear for its great age, with 2 fold marks. Clean with no signs of loss. This actually has 3 authentic signatures, which I show in a photograph. And was awarded from the battleship USS Caliente, which was involved with the capture of the Ellice Islands. Measuring including frame, 22 by 18 inches.
