In very good toexcellent condition. The silk of the obverse is clean and free of any significantwear or damage. The lettering is intact and retains its original vibrantlygolden luster. The fringe is clean and all in place, tightly stitched to thepennant. On the reverse side, the silk has rows of tiny punctures which do notpresent any structural danger and are not much of an issue because they do notaffect the obverse in any way.
