Demuth was a company-grade combat officer. He served (U.S. Army) in Missouri and Arkansas with the Phelps Independent regiment and the 8th Missouri Cavalry.
Condition: Straight, clean and tight. No ownership, no writing. Two early pages have a sentence roughly underlined in pencil. Spine ends show tiny bumps.
Bubble wrapped and shipped in a padded mailer or recycled box.
