Be it known that Pvt. Donald T. Dibble (33273955), Air Corps Unassigned has satisfactorily completed the course for Airplane Mechanics as prescribed by the Commanding General Army Air Forces Techinical Training Command and given at Keesler Field, Mississippi. In testimony whereof and by virtue of vested authority I do confex upon him this Diploma given on this 22nd day of December in the year 1942.
