From a soldier who participated in WWII, this Good Conduct Ribbon is in EXCELLENT condition.

Established on June 28, 1941, this ribbon is awarded for members of the United States Army and Army Air Forces for exemplary conduct, efficiency, and fidelity honorably completed in three years of active service. The bronze “device” with 2-loops indicates a second Good Conduct service period of3 years.
