US Army Original WW1 M-1910 Pack Tail WWI Infantry ID'd:

Original WW1 Pack Tail
Condition: Excellent, with no holes, tears, or other major damage. There is a very minor edge fray on one of the straps (see last picture). The tail is complete with the leather piece and the brass fixtures are free from oxidation or rust. There is writing on the front "W. Ingyam Co. L. 137th". On the reverse under the leather piece the canvas is stamped L 137th and under the manufacturer's markings it is faintly stamped Co. L 137 Inf.
This M-1910 pack tail would have beenusedwith the M-1910 haversack to extend the bottom out to hold more gear. It is marked and dated Canvas Products Co. July 1918. These pack tails are difficult to find,so don't miss out on this one!
