Ribbon rack containing a miscellaneous selection of ribbons. The combination of an Army Good conduct together with Navy Unit Commendation seems strange to me. It is possible for one person to wear both if they transferred service, just not common. I do not know what the top right ribbon is. This lot is not named and no further history. Selling it just the way I found it.
