US WW1 Steel Combat Helmet Brodie Doughboy. Complete W/ Liner & Strap.:

For sale here is a US WW1 Doughboy Brodie Steel Combat Helmet. This helmet is complete with the liner and the strap. The liner is holding in place nicely and the felt padding is present. The leather chin strap is dry, but mostly supple. I haven't tried to work the buckle, and if you do, you should be gentle. The exterior of the helmet shows age, use, and soiling, but has a good been there look. The underside of the rim is marked 187 over ZD. Overall a good looking helmet.
