This is a World War II Bethlehem Steel (Bethlehem Plant) "E" for excellence in production pin. The pin is oval in red, white and black and shows two crossed cannon and an anchor at center.
The Bethlehem Plant E production pins were given out in 1941 .

The pin is in good condition

World War II. Bethlehem Steel ranked seventh among U.S. corporations in the value of wartime production contracts during World War II.
