USS Long Beach CGN-9 decommissioning plaque marble like texture For Sale

I have had this for over thirty years, I had it in a case with a an 8ft model of the ship. This ship is so historically significant in so many ways especially the 1st Nuclear powered surface warship. The USS long Beach was the only ship of this class and the 1st cruiser built with only missile armament. the 5 inch guns were added after the fact. the decommissioning is truly a sad event but inevitable at some point in time. May 1995, the plaque says 1994 but was made in 1993 in anticipation of the 1994 decommissioning.
It probably is made of some type of resin that feels like marble that has been etched, it is not printed , it has depth that you can feel this is a quality piece. it weighs about 18 oz. it measures 10x8x1/4s
