Vintage and original WWII-era snapshot photograph of United States Army Soldiers at a Party. This unusual 4 and 1/8” by 5 and 1/2” photograph depicts the group of soldiers in uniform in a variety of poses (some comic); many are wearing large polka-dotted “dunce cap” or “napkin fold” party hats. Some of the soldiers are holding beer cans, one is smoking a cigar, and one has the insignia of the 1st Cavalry Division on his helmet. In very good condition with normal signs of age and use, primarily light surface/edge wear and discoloration; there is a horizontal crease line near the top edge. No rips, tears, stains, or writing.
