This listing is for a enamel lapel pin of World War II's merchant marine vessel the VICTORY SHIP.
The Victory ship, which had larger cargo capacity and more powerful engines were design to replace the Liberty ships. A total of 531 Victory ships were built between 1944 & 1946. Several of these historic vessels are now in operation as museum ships.
The pin measures 2 inches in length and has 2 colors. Any military or nautical enthusiast would love the design as a gift.
