Vintage Vietnam-Era U.S. Air Force Tropical Combat Jacket / Jungle Fatigue
Authentic vintage military jacket featuring the classic olive drab 100% cotton rip-stop fabric used for tropical combat uniforms.
This is a particularly interesting example with original-looking U.S. AIR FORCE chest tape, GILLESPIE name tape, and Air Force enlisted rank insignia on the sleeves.
The interior military label reads:
COAT, MAN’S COMBAT, TROPICAL
CONTRACT NO. 7190
100% COTTON, RIP-STOP, OLIVE DRAB
The jacket has the classic four-pocket tropical combat/jungle fatigue design with button cuffs and original military construction.

Condition
Very good vintage/pre-owned condition with expected age-related wear, fading and patina. There is a tear in the collar and a stain on the right arm as seen in photos. The fabric and insignia show signs of age consistent with a vintage military garment. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they are an important part of the description.
The GILLESPIE name tape has been left intact and has not been removed or altered.
