This vintage military machete from the World War II era is a must-have for militaria collectors. Made in Sheffield, England, it measures 23 inches in length from tip of blade to end of handle and Blade is 18" in length. Features a sharp blade ideal for cutting through vegetation and jungle terrain. The machete is an original piece from an US Estate. Comes with its original canvas sheath. Markings on the blade are: Rocket Brand Registered Made in Sheffield England. Marking on the sheath are tough to make out, but parts of the lettering are : M.F. 09 (?) 1945 A.F. 0101.

What a great addition to any Military's or Knife collection. The handle has a crack in the wood on one side, but seems stable.
