The cover/binding is loose from the pages. Book is complete. 264 pages. It has all of its pages. The book has stains, scuff marks, yellowed pages, corners are creased and folded. The name \"Towns\" is handwritten on the front cover. It measures approx. 6 3/4\" x 4 3/8\" x 1/2\".
