These were my grandfather's field worn in Japan 1945 WWII U.S. ARMY COCORCAN AIRBORN JUMP BOOTS. These are pretty cool boots, they have the GOODYEAR WINGFOOT SOLE, which were made by the tire company. I haven't seen another pair online with these types of soles. He wore these boots when he was stationed in Tokyo Japan after the U.S. dropped over 100,000 bombs on the city. My grandfather was one of the first divisions to enter Tokyo to help with the rebuilding of the city. Boots are in good shape. There are no holes or tears in the leater. They could use a good tanning and some polish. There are some cracks on the outer part of the leater, which seems to be polish. These are the real deal no B.S. Like I have seen in other listing.
