Theset is exactly as it was originally issued by the authorities of the SocialistFederal Republic of Yugoslavia. The order and ribbon bars are in excellent, near mint condition. The gilt finish on the medallion is bright, nearlypristine, with only mild patina of age. The pouch has a couple of stains, shows moderate storage wear, and is torn open on one side, but it is still sound in that the paper is quite supple.
