I picked this up at an estate sale of a Vietnam vet that passed away. Everything on this helmet is original to the helmet except for the cigarette pack. (Cigarette pack was found in his webbing that I also purchased)
Leather sweatband still retains much life and was reconditioned by me
Written on front of cover is MCB-16 (Mobile Construction Battalion 16)
Cover is dated to mid 1965 (Contract No. 9196)
