Some will said, he dosn't know so he dosn't bull**** people about it. But on another hand how can you ask that price if your not sure if your piece isnt a original ?
With the poor photo he had provide I don't think we will ever know if they are good or not.
Мы берем победу за победой, И сдавать не будем никогда!
I already tried that--he's refusing to accept the PayPal transfer. I assume that the money will sit there for a specified time and that PayPal will eventually refund it to me if he won't take it.
This is definately not the outcome that I had expected!
BTW, if that guy with all the enlisted cap badges listed as "Orders of the Red Star" tries that stunt again, I might just have to report all of his 100+ auctions. I've had good luck in the past autoreporting keyword spammers, and I think that what this guy is doing is a pretty clear case of using deceptive titles. The only reason that I didn't report them this time around is that I was already having enough of a headache with the OGPW issue.

Looks like he is trying to take the moral high ground.
BIN for US$5,800--purports to be a genuine 1cl Motherland; includes order book. The thing is, to be awarded the 1cl, you had to already have the 2cl, and to receive that, you had to already have been awarded a 3cl. So, at minimum, the book should show three awards.
It kills me that the price of 3rd class service motherland orders might be artificially driven up because so many of them are reworked into 1st and 2nd class fakes.

January,
From the end of the 1970's, it became common practice to issue an order with its separate booklet. Booklets with multiple awards are far more the exception than the rule for the later years of the Soviet Union.
