Two flags dating back to 1930s:
One on the left is the flag of the Military Garment Factory and the one on the right has an inscription 'Best greetings to the Mongolian and Soviet heroes'. (Probably used to greet Mongolian-Soviet troops coming back to Ulaanbaatar from Khalkhin Gol region).
