3 Vtg Tokens: Arizona State Tax Token & WW II OPA Fiber Tokens (Red & Blue)
Very good vintage condition. The copper colored coin is an Arizona State Tax Commission 1-mill sales tax token. They were issued and used between 1937-1954. The blue & red colored coins are WW II US Office of Price Administration (OPA) "1 point" tokens. Tokens were made of fiber, not metal. They were issued and used 1942 - 1945. The blue token was for processed foods (canned foods, soups & dried goods). The red token was for meats & fats (meats, butter, fats & oils). Each token is double sided and all are legible. Found these in my grandparents junk drawer. They would have used these during WW II. Unique collectible.
