Bulgaria: Soldier’s Cross of the Military Cross of Bravery 1879,2nd Class, Silver cross, established in January of 1880, torecognize enlisted soldiers and NCO’s for bravery in combat. This is the second type of the cross with "dots" on each side of the "1879" date (instead of 6-pointed stars), and is of excellent quality. It was most likely awarded for bravery during the war with Serbia (1885); crosses made during theFirst and Second Balkan Wars (1912-1913) were reportedly of lesser quality. The cross displays a little dirt, having never been cleaned, but is in near extremely finecondition; on the original faded bi-fold ribbon, which shows minor signs of wear.Authenticityguaranteed; 14-day return privilege (30 days overseas), excluding postage, provided item is returned in same condition when sold.
