Original WW2 US First Aid Pouch British Made. Manufactured by M.E. Co and dated 1943. This First Aid Pouch is the earliest and much harder to find pouch with the Lift the Dot snap. Most of all BM FAP made in 1943, 1944 and 1945 had typical British snaps. Pouch does have stains and honest wear. Snap works good and hardware has age. Stamps are fairly worn but legible.
