2. Устав внутренней службы РККА 1937 г. (УВС-37)[утверждеённый Народным комиссаром обороны СССРМаршалом Советского Союза К. Ворошиловым] - отменить. Министр Вооруженных Сил Союза ССР, Генералисимус Советского Союза И. Сталин.
Устав внутренней службы Вооруженных Сил Союза ССР определяет правила внутреннего порядка в полкуи его подразделениях, а также общие и должностные обязанности военносужащих Советской Армии. Положения настоящего Устава, в том числе и обязанности должностных лиц полка и его подразделений,в равной степени относятся к военнослужащим всех частей, кораблей и подразделений Советской Армии,Военно - Морского Флота, пограничных и внутренних войск. На военных кораблях внутренняя служба и обязанности должностных лиц, кроме того, определяются Корабельнымуставом Военно - Морского Флота. Настоящим Уставом наравне с воинскими частями и подразделениями руководствуются все штабы,управления, учреждения и военно - учебные заведения Вооруженных Сил СССР.
Это первый послевоенный устав, который вкючил в себя опыт войны и реалиипослевоенной ситуации. Данный устав действовал с 1946 по 1975 год.

The Charter of the Internal Service of the Armed Forces of the USSR determines the rules of internal order inthe regiment and its units, as well as the general and official responsibilities of military officers of the Soviet Army. The provisions of this Charter, including the duties of officials of the regiment and its units, apply equally tomilitarypersonnel of all units, ships and units of the Soviet Army, Navy, border and internal troops. On warships, the internal service and duties of officials are, in addition, determined by the Naval Charter of the Navy. This Charter, along with military units and divisions, governs all headquarters, departments,institutions and military educational institutions of the Armed Forces of the USSR.
This is the first post-war charter that included the experience of the war and the realitiesof the post-war situation. This charter was in force from 1946 to 1975.
