Original Soviet commemorative medal issued for service in the KGB Border Troops (Погранвойска КГБ СССР). Features border guard imagery and a green enamel \"Commemorative Badge\" bar.
Lightweight aluminum/pot metal construction — not an official state award, but a souvenir or unit-level recognition piece. Great for Cold War Soviet militaria collections or display sets.
