Original Vietnam War era South Vietnamese public health paper ephemera from the Republic of Vietnam Ministry of Health. The form was used for immunization tracking, with printed sections referencing diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, typhoid, plague, polio, smallpox, cholera, BCG, and other vaccine categories. The lower section includes a public health illustration and USAID malaria section marking.
This is an obsolete historical paper collectible only and is not valid for identification, medical use, travel, school, employment, or any official purpose.
This piece was found among Vietnam-era medical and military papers from the estate of a husband and wife who both served as doctors in Vietnam.

SHIPPING POLICY
Due to ever-increasing postage costs, shipping is charged separately rather than hidden in the item's price. This method is more equitable, allowing customers closer in proximity to benefit from reduced shipping costs. For orders with multiple items, I'm happy to offer combined shipping, which can further save on shipping expenses. Returns are accepted, provided the item is returned in the same condition it was received.
