A genuine, vintage U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer (CPO) White Dress Combination Cap manufactured by the renowned Bancroft Military Caps, dating from approximately the 1960s to 1970s era.This cap features Bancroft's highly collectible, patented "Pak-Cap" construction. The interior frame is designed with a mechanical interlocking clasp and a perforated plastic ventilator shield, allowing the inner reinforcement to unhook so the crown could be packed flat by service members without losing its shape.
• Insignia: Features the iconic gold fouled anchor wrapped with a silver "USN" chain CPO emblem securely mounted on the front black band.
• Chin Strap: Original 1/2-inch black synthetic/leather strap secured by two matching gold Navy anchor buttons.
