Bayonet is in used condition, showing wear commensurate to age.
We did not clean this. All original patina has been left intact.
The blade has some spotting and discolorations.
Press stud is stiff but still operable.
Blade measures approximately 13.5" and the overall length is about 18.25".
Scabbard is in good shape with some surface rust and discolorations.
There are some numbers stamped on the bayonet guard as well as the scabbard. These numbers do not match. There may be other identifying marks under the patina, but we'll leave that discovery up to the new owner.
