beautiful French officers dress Court sword from around the 1840s. Made in Solingen, it retains most of its gilding on the handle, and blue and gilt is still on the blade.light staining on the blade, but overall very nice condition.as is typical the guard a knucklbow is loose and rattles a bit, but the handle is secureincluded is a non original vintage scabbard from a US NCO sword that fits this blade perfectly
