All items are in good shape. The maps occasionally have tears on the fold lines and some have writing or stains. The books/ manuals are all holding up well with minor damage here and there. Will include some extra maps and military documents not listed above. When a date is stated in regards to the maps; that is the most current date I saw on the map, the map could very well be newer.
